Every time Green Maidworks cleans your home, we will take care of a few extra tasks in each room to make sure that your home is well-maintained. With regular Green Maidworks service, you never need another spring cleaning again.

Can I hire your team members directly?

By entering into a service agreement with Green Maidworks service, you agree not to hire a present or past Green Maidworks staff member introduced to you by Green Maidworks for any home-related service. If you do wish to employ such a staff member, our referral fee is $1,500.

Our Policies

Guarantee

Green Maidworks can only guarantee our service work utilizing our proven and tested tools, equipment and cleaning solutions in which our Grime Fighters have been trained to properly use. If you would like for us to use your equipment including vacuums, steam mops or cleanings solutions we are not liable for any damages that may occur during your service cleaning.

Employees

Our Green Maidworks employees are very important to us, and we are very serious about keeping them safe, so they do not use ladders or move anything heavier than 35 lbs. These types of activities put our employees in danger of back injury. In addition, damage to your flooring could also occur. If you would like us to clean behind appliances like a refrigerator, oven or sofa, please move it prior to the cleaning to allow access to the desired area.

Cancellation

If it is necessary to cancel/skip any scheduled cleaning day, please notify Green Maidworks 2 business days before the scheduled day. That will allow us to reassign the service provider or team to another appointment. If Green Maidworks receives less than a 48 hr notice, or can't access your home, it will be necessary for us to charge the full price of your cleaning.

To ensure that all your needs are addressed, please correspond all requests and changes directly to our Green Maidworks office manager. Please do not communicate these important details with service providers. If for some reason you wish to terminate your Green Maidworks services, please be sure to submit this in writing to your Green Maidworks office.

Arrival Notice

If you wish to wait for your provider to give them access into your home, please realize that we can give arrival windows of about 3 hours, such as 8am - 11am or 11am - 2pm. Many things can affect our schedules, such as cancellations, lockouts or customers adding services. We want to save you time, not make you waste it waiting for us to arrive. Leaving a key with the Green Maidworks office is the most efficient way for you to provide your service provider access to your home.

Tipping

Green Maidworks never requires tipping, but it is a powerful way to say thank you to your service provider. In addition, a personal note from you expressing your appreciation for their service can also mean a great deal.
